These terms apply to your use of globalvillagepublishing.ca and the INNOVATE® city pages operated by Global Village Ventures LLC.

1. Using this site
You may read, print and share the pages for your own information. You may not copy the site or large parts of it for republication, scrape it in bulk, or use it in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it.

2. Our content
The text, photographs, book pages, logos and design on this site belong to Global Village Ventures LLC or to the organisations who supplied them, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. INNOVATE® is a registered trade mark. Nothing here gives you a licence to use those marks.

3. Content you send us
When you submit a story, a profile, a logo or a photograph for a book or a page, you confirm that it is yours to give, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to edit it for length and style and to publish it in the relevant INNOVATE® edition, in print, in the eBook, and on this site. You keep ownership.

4. Participation and payment
Taking part in an edition is agreed separately in writing. Prices, page counts and deadlines shown on a city page are indicative and may change until that separate agreement is signed. Print deadlines are firm: material supplied late may not make the edition.

5. Other people's sites
We link to participants' websites and embed video and eBook readers hosted elsewhere. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them.

6. Accuracy
We take care with what we publish, but we do not warrant that the site is complete, current or error-free. Profiles reflect what participants told us.

7. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.

9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction.
